Return & Refund Policy – ZIYAANLY

ZIYAANLY is committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards. Returns or refunds are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened. This video is mandatory for verification. The product must remain unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice intact.

Requests raised after the specified time frame or without valid proof will not be considered. Upon verification and approval, ZIYAANLY will offer a replacement or refund, based on product availability and case evaluation.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the standard banking timeline after the returned item is received and inspected. Replacement items, if approved, will be shipped at no additional cost.

ZIYAANLY reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the above conditions or shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
